‘Rocking around the Christmas Tree’

Decorating the Christmas Tree is one of the highlights to the run-up to Christmas in our household.

Put the Christmas music and adorn a Santa Hat whilst literally rocking around the Christmas Tree adding the sparkly lights and the shiny baubles.

This year I thought, we need the perfect earrings to wear whilst decorating our tree, going to buy a real one, or watching a light switch on and I think I’ve made the perfect pair.

These spotty christmas tree earrings are made of eco-friendly wood which have been laser cut and then I’ve hand painted them to look exactly like a colourful decorated christmas tree.

They’ve got little gold and silver lights like a tree and bright colourful baubles which have all been put on with acrylic pain.

Coated in a layer of resin for that perfect finish, they’re then attached to hypoallergenic surgical steel studs for sensitive ears.

The Quirky Process

These cute little christmas tree stud earrings were laser cut by another small business using high quality, eco-friendly wood.

The christmas tree stud earrings have then been sent to me to be hand painted using acrylic paint. I first add the gold and silver to create the look of lights wrapping around the tree.

I’ve then added colourful spots to represent tiny baubles.

They are then finished with a glossy shine of resin on both sides of the earrings and attached to great quality findings.

The ear closure a hypoallergenic surgical steel stud.

Each item of jewellery at Wear It Quirky are made, packaged and shipped from Stoke-on-Trent; the heart of the Potteries! More specifically, the entire process takes place in my garage-come-craft-studio.

The jewellery is therefore designed and made entirely by hand by me, Victoria, making every single pair unique and truly special. I share lots of behind the scenes of the quirky process on Instagram and Facebook.

Please note because the jewellery is handmade, there may be slight differences from one to the other and sometimes, some slight imperfections.

Pieces are made to order and dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.
