Small Bee Stud Earrings

Almost 90% of wild plants and 75% of leading global crops depend on animal pollination and so bees are such an important part of our natural world.

To celebrate these little buzzing saviours, I’ve designed a couple of cute bumble bee earring designs including these gorgeous small bee stud earrings.

Made from wood which I have hand-painted, they’re less than 1cm in size and approx 3mm in thickness making them super lightweight and fitting perfectly to the size of your lobe.

They have hypoallergenic surgical stud posts attached so they’re nickel free but if you have super sensitive ears, there is also the option to have 925 sterling silver posts too.

The Quirky Process

The wooden pieces of the Small Bee Stud Earrings has been laser cut by another small business using FSC safe wood.

They are then painted by hand in a cartoon style with the distinguishable details of the yellow and black stripe.

Finally, they are then attached by hand but are secure to the surgical steel or sterling silver earring post.

Each item of jewellery at Wear It Quirky are made, packaged and shipped from Stoke-on-Trent; the heart of the Potteries! More specifically, the entire process takes place in my garage-come-craft-studio.

The jewellery is therefore designed and made entirely by hand by me, Victoria, making every single pair unique and truly special. I share lots of behind the scenes of the quirky process on Instagram and Facebook.

Please note because the jewellery is handmade, there may be slight differences from one to the other and sometimes, some slight imperfections.

When you order a pair of Wear It Quirky earrings, they come attached to a printed jewellery card that you can hold onto for storing your earrings safely and securely.

Each package comes complete with information on how-to care for your earrings and a little bit more information about how and where they’re made.

With your first order, you will also receive a loyalty card for you to keep adding to with each purchase you make. Then, when you have your loyalty card filled, you will receive a special earring surprise worth up to £25.

These earrings would be an ideal treat for you, but can be sent as a gift too. If you’re purchasing the item as a gift, let me know at the checkout and if you wish, I can write a message directly for your recipient.

Pieces are made to order and dispatched within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase.

I try to make sure that the packaging used is either recyclable or re-usable. So when you do receive your package, if you could recycle as much as you can; that would be great.
