Toadstool Earrings

Earlier this year, I asked my customers on social media to let me know what they wanted to see in this years autumn collection and I had a suggestion for toadstools.

So here they are!

Made from wood which has then been hand painted and coated in resin, the toadstool earrings are super lightweight and are available as either a stud or a dangle earring.

You can choose the findings for the earrings from lots of colours, hypoallergenic surgical steel and sterling silver.

The Quirky Process

These toadstool earrings were drawn digitally and then sent to a fellow small business to laser cut from FSC approved eco-friendly wood. They’re made from MDF so really lightweight.

The toadstool design was then painted on by hand and the pieces are coated in resin to provide a protective layer and a shine to the pieces.

Each item of jewellery at Wear It Quirky are made, packaged and shipped from Stoke-on-Trent; the heart of the Potteries! More specifically, the entire process takes place in my garage-come-craft-studio.

The jewellery is therefore designed and made entirely by hand by me, Victoria, making every single pair unique and truly special. I share lots of behind the scenes of the quirky process on Instagram and Facebook.

Please note because the jewellery is handmade, there may be slight differences from one to the other and sometimes, some slight imperfections.

The dangle length to the top of the piece is approximately 1.5cm

Shipping Info

When you order a pair of Wear It Quirky earrings, they come attached to a printed jewellery card that you can hold onto for storing your earrings safely and securely.

Each package comes complete with information on how-to care for your earrings and a little bit more information about how and where they’re made.

With your first order, you will also receive a loyalty card for you to keep adding to with each purchase you make. Then, when you have your loyalty card filled, you will receive a special earring surprise worth up to £25.

These earrings would be an ideal treat for you, but can be sent as a gift too. If you’re purchasing the item as a gift, let me know at the checkout and if you wish, I can write a message directly for your recipient.

Pieces which are back ordered may take up to ten working days to make and dispatch. Any item in stock will be sent between 3-5 working days. If you wish to have a closer approximation for the dispatch times, please do get in touch.

I try to make sure that the packaging used is either recyclable or re-usable. So when you do receive your package, if you could recycle as much as you can; that would be great.
